Oral radiology can screen for lesions and anomalies not detected by your dentist in a clinical examination:

- Cysts, tumors and abscesses
Oral-dental radiology also captures three-dimensional (3D) images that are very useful for planning the positioning of dental implants, or to guide your dentist when performing a root canal.
